Embedded Hardware Circuit Engineer嵌入式硬件工程师
Responsibilities岗位职责描述：l Responsibilities include designing Hardware Circuit of Inertial products, such as circuit schematic diagram, Layout of PCB board;
l 负责完成惯性产品的硬件方案设计、原理图设计，电路PCB板layout布局和布线设计；
l Responsibilities include planning Test Scheme, on which completing board level Testing; According to the testing results ,fixing problems or optimizing the Hardware Circuit design to finish the board level modification and Test.
l 负责制定硬件电路测试方案、并落实测试项目等单板级测试工作；根据测试结果解决和优化电路问题，并完成硬件电路板级调整和测试工作；
l Cooperate with software co-worker to make better function design on communication interface, timing sequence/clock, AD/DA interface, etc;
l 与嵌入式软件工程师和系统设计人员等沟通合作，以优化数/模接口、通讯接口、以及时序等等功能设计；
l Work with or Assist quality control sector or others to analyse, solve, verify the circuit problems on different stages;
l 配合协助质控部门和其它部门分析、解决、验证产品各阶段出现的电子电路问题。
l Take part in meeting on hardware circuit design technical investigation and technical summing up;
l 参与项目相关阶段的技术评审会以及技术总结会；
l Compose documents on hardware circuit designing and technical summing up;
l 编写电路硬件设计报告和相关技术报告文档等；
Qualifications for Junior Engineer初级工程师任职资质要求：
l Major in computer science, automatic control, electronic or electrical engineering; at least bachelor degree;
l 计算机科学、自动控制、电子技术、通信等相关专业本科以上学历
l Proficient in circuit design EDA software, such as Altium Designer, Multisim, Ltspice, etc;
l 熟练使用电子设计EDA软件，如Altium Designer，Multisim或Ltspice等。
l Ability to read and comprehend the English Datasheet of circuit parts to support the parts selection and related circuit parameters calculation;
l 能够阅读和理解元器件的英文说明资料（datasheet），完成硬件电子元器件选型和应用电路设计硬件参数的计算；
l Known well in application design of UART、SPI、RS422、CAN、I2C interface;
l 熟悉UART、SPI、RS422、CAN、I2C等通信电路设计。

Qualifications for Senior Engineer高级工程师任职资质要求：
l Major in computer science, automatic control, electronic or electrical engineering; 6+years experience for bachelor degree; 3+years experience for master degree; (This condition can be ignored if candidate holds strongly proven track record in related hardware circuit R&D.)
l 计算机科学、自动控制、电子技术、通信等相关专业；本科以上学历需6年以上相关工作经验；硕士以上学历需3年以上相关工作经验（已证明具备以上岗位职责深厚设计技能的候选人，该条件可放宽）
l Proficient in circuit design EDA software, such as Altium Designer, Multisim, Ltspice, etc;

l Proficient in application design of stm32/gd32 series MCU(with FPU core) or ARM Cortex-M4;
l 熟悉stm32/gd32 等多种MCU(浮点运算功能芯片)或ARM Cortex-M4以上的MCU应用开发；
l Proficient in application design of UART、SPI、RS422、CAN、I2C interface;
l 熟悉UART、SPI、RS422、CAN、I2C等通信电路设计。
l Ability to simulate analogue circuit to examine parameter of selected parts meeting requirement;
l 能够对于模拟电路模块进行电路仿真，以论证模拟部分设计参数能够达到指标要求；
l Ability and work experience on solving and modifying problem of circuit EMC/ESD, etc;
l 具备EMC/ESD等问题解决和电路整改的经验；
